Meditation: It's Easier Than You Think

“Oh no, I keep thinking. Why can’t I empty my mind for even a minute, what’s wrong with me?”

Answer: nothing. You are perfectly human, and if you’re reading this, you probably haven’t spent your entire life devoted to meditation and mindfulness, so give yourself a break. Stopping for a minute to become AWARE that we have all these thoughts flying around in our heads all the time is THE FIRST STEP, so congratulate yourself! You’re doing it right!
