Are you cringing at the thought of all that money you spent on veggies, when you could have bought a week’s worth for that price at ?
If so, those organic, local veggies probably aren’t going to help you as much as they could.
Instead, take a moment to appreciate those vegetables.
And the world around you will sing.
That’s all it takes. One moment, one decision.

Express gratitude. Express joy.
Share the love.
Be a cheerleader.
